DROP OFF/PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
Local Drop off order form Link (must have form attached to each item)
- Consider that items will be ready from the time of drop off and when all customizations have been made.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive and email for drop off/pick up directions/address. Please make sure you have confirmation before drop off.
- Disclosure please note Multiple cameras are installed along premises and are recording. When you place an order with Jess tucker stitches you agree with being recorded when on premises.

FAQs
Returns: Due to the custom personalization returns/refunds are not accepted. If there is a mistake with an item, please contact by email JessTuckerStitches@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We only issue refunds for items with substantial defects or if Jess Tucker Stitches is at fault for the order issues. Approved claims will be eligible for a full refund.

Personal Items: I do not accept items of irreplaceable value. Example: an heirloom family piece, items that are irreplaceable to you.

How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our [Size Chart] on the product image.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. This number can also be entered on our website’s tracking page.
Will my purchases be used for promotion online and on social media?
By purchasing from Jess Tucker Stitches, you agree that we may use images of your purchased items for promotional purposes on our website, email campaigns, and social media. This may include images showing monogrammed names or initials.
If you do not want your order featured, please notify us in writing at the time of purchase by email- JessTuckerStitches@gmail.com. No compensation will be provided for use of such images.
Can I add to or change my order after placing it?
We are unable to modify orders once placed, including adding items or changing sizes. You may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order, subject to availability.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to states where we are required to collect tax. This will be calculated at checkout. Wholesale accounts must submit a valid resale certificate to be exempt.
Do you offer discount codes or sales?
Yes, we occasionally run promotions for seasonal events, holidays, or new product launches. Be sure to subscribe to our email list and follow us on Instagram to receive exclusive access to upcoming promotions.

Care Instructions
Embroidered items should be washed in cool water, inside out on gentle cycle with like colors. No bleach or fabric softener. Lay flat to dry.
For appliqué embroidery- After cool wash, lay flat to dry. Use a warm iron to the inside of the item to re-adhere protective backing and give the item a fresh new look. No steam. Expect normal shrinkage.
Pro tip: let the item cool completely after ironing and before lifting it from the ironing board. This helps set the fabric and reduce wrinkles in the applique design.
